What data do we process, and for what purpose?
You can share your contact details with us in two ways: through the form on the Contact page, or by completing the Property Configurator. In both cases we ask for the following data:
- name,
- e-mail address,
- phone number (optional),
- the message you provide, or the preferences selected in the configurator.
The purpose of processing this data is solely to get in touch with you, answer your questions, and provide you with an offer or information relevant to your interest in a property or service.
For technical reasons, the time of submission and your IP address are also recorded when the form is sent — this helps protect against abuse (e.g. automated spam submissions).
Legal basis for processing
The legal basis for processing is your voluntary consent (Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the GDPR), given when you submit the form. Should your enquiry later lead to a contract (e.g. a property purchase or construction agreement), the preceding discussions may also be processed under Article 6(1)(b) (steps prior to entering into a contract).
You may withdraw your consent at any time, without giving a reason, by writing to info@platinumhomes.hu. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
How long do we keep the data?
Data submitted via the form is kept until your enquiry is resolved, or — if it leads to a business relationship or contract — for as long as required by applicable legal obligations (e.g. accounting or limitation rules). If no business relationship results from your enquiry, we delete the data within 2 years of the last contact at the latest, unless you request earlier deletion.
Who do we share the data with?
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for marketing purposes. Access is limited to the data controller's staff and the following processor, who provides the technical infrastructure for the service:
- Hosting provider: Sybell Informatika Kft. (operates the server hosting the website and the data submitted through its forms).
Should the website enable any web analytics or advertising tracking (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Ads) in the future, details will be provided in the Cookie Policy, and such measurement will only be activated with your explicit consent.
Cookies

Data security
The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and data is stored in a password-protected system with restricted access. Events indicating an unjustified security risk (e.g. suspicious login attempts) are logged automatically, and their source is blocked where necessary.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right to information and access: you may ask what data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification: you may request correction of inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): you may request deletion of your data.
- Right to restriction of processing.
- Right to data portability: you may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Right to object to processing.
You may exercise these rights by writing to info@platinumhomes.hu; we will respond without undue delay, and within one month at the latest.
Remedies
If you believe your data has not been processed in line with the applicable rules, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:
