Balatonalmádi – Premium Multi-Generational Family Home
The project involved the construction of a modern, multi-generational family home, partly built using CLT technology, where the combination of traditional and innovative building methods delivered optimal structural and energy performance.
The building's structure was made from prefabricated CLT panels, enabling fast, highly precise construction. Thanks to this technology, the structure was completed in a short time, minimising on-site work and construction waste. CLT panels offer excellent thermal and acoustic insulation properties, while also ensuring a high degree of dimensional accuracy and structural stability.
During construction, we paid particular attention to the professional design of the layer build-ups, precise detailing at the connection points, and minimising thermal bridges. The façade was created using a combination of several materials, which is not only aesthetically timeless but also meets modern requirements for durability and maintainability.
What makes the project special is that the coordinated use of prefabricated structures and on-site construction significantly reduced the construction time, while the quality of the work remained consistently high throughout.
The completed building provides a modern, energy-efficient and sustainable home for the long term, meeting today's technical and comfort expectations.
