Balatonalmádi – Premium Cabin House
As part of this project, we built a uniquely designed, modern-looking family home in a prime location with panoramic views. The building was constructed using CLT (cross-laminated timber) technology, which enabled fast, precise and high-quality structural work.
Thanks to the use of prefabricated panels, construction was completed in a short time with minimal on-site intervention, while the structure offers excellent thermal insulation and structural performance. The technology provides not only a sustainable but also a long-term energy-efficient and comfortable living environment.
The building's form follows modern architectural principles, where clean massing and the use of natural materials blend harmoniously with the surroundings. Large glazed surfaces make the most of the panoramic views while flooding the interior with natural light.
Throughout the project, we paid close attention to detailing, precise execution of connection points, and durable, aesthetically timeless façade solutions. The completed building represents a modern, sustainable home with a high level of comfort that meets 21st-century expectations.
