Isaszeg – Garden Building and Custom Retaining Wall
In this phase of the project, the load-bearing reinforced-concrete structures of the building were constructed, with precise formwork and reinforcement work playing a key role. The professional formwork system used on site also enabled the accurate execution of more complex, curved and custom-geometry structural elements.
During the construction of the reinforced-concrete walls and structural elements, we paid particular attention to proper reinforcement layout, full compliance with the structural design, and the professional detailing of connection points. The technology used ensures the structure's long-term load-bearing capacity, stability and durability, which forms one of the most important foundations of the building.
The bracing and support of the formwork were also of key importance during construction, as accurate geometry and flatness are essential for the success of the later construction phases. During preparation for the concrete pour, embedded fittings, penetrations and connection points were also carefully checked.
This type of structural work lays the foundation for the building's entire service life, which is why we carried out the construction under strict quality control covering every detail. This phase of the project clearly illustrates the importance of precise engineering and a high level of construction discipline.
